Eligibility: This contest is open to anyone 21 years of age or older excluding employees, officers, and directors of the Krave nightclub, the Fashionistas, Evil Angel Productions or its subsidiaries, and agents, the immediate families (defined as spouse, children, siblings, parents, or grandparents) of such persons and those with whom such persons reside, are not eligible. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsors are not responsible for invalid entries. This offer is void where prohibited by law. Management of the Fashionistas reserves all rights.

LIMIT: One entry per person. All entries associated with any entrants exceeding this limit will be disqualified. Sponsors are not responsible for entries lost due to interrupted connections, communications failures, electronic malfunctions, or software failures, malfunctions, or garbled or jumbled transmissions.

Selection and Notification of Winner: One (1) potential winner will be selected by a random drawing from all Entries conducted on or about the end of each month the contest runs. Odds of winning depend on the number of Entries. The potential winner will be notified by e-mail or phone within two (2) days of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within (2) business days of the first attempt, or if the potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner forfeits the prize.

To claim the prize the winner must respond within five business days of receipt. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsors to use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Potential winner may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry.

Prize: 2 tickets to the Fashionistas at Krave on the south side of the Aladdin. Prize may not be combined with any other offer.

Additional Terms: By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees that Sponsors, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and the agents, employees, directors, or officers of these companies, are not liable whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages, of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Sponsors are not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from downloading any material from the Site, regardless of whether the material was prepared by Sponsor or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to the Site by a hypertext link. All federal, state and local laws apply.
